What it is

First Rite is a cycle education and care product for teenage girls, built around a deeper understanding of the whole menstrual cycle.

The Book

Each chapter of First Rite is devoted to a different phase of the menstrual cycle: menstruation, follicular phase, ovulation and luteal phase, connecting knowledge, reflections and practical rituals for everyday life. At the end of each chapter, a 'Space for you' invites you to record thoughts, feelings, energy and personal observations, making First Rite both a guide and a personal journal through your own cycle.

The Digital Portal

The book and the app work together. With the purchase of the book (CHF 25) you gain access to two digital portals, one for teenagers and one for teachers. Each cycle phase has its own page with content, recipes, interactive quizzes and more. The portal is an app: save it to your phone and it opens like a familiar app, always within reach.

The Kit

A beautiful and special gift from a mother, grandmother or auntie. A rite of passage. Everything you need, in one box: a natural deodorant, a castor oil pack with organic cloth, four tea blends (Quiet Riot, Pause Potion, Little Zing and Middle Magic), a heat pack, and a copy of the book First Rite: An Invitation Into the Whole Cycle, which is also a journal.
